Terms of Sale

Once your payment has been received you will receive an email with the newsletter publication calendar from the AquaSPE marketing team. Please respond with your company Advertisement details (logo recommended size 120 x 100 pixels, maximum number of characters 250) 3 days before your chosen publication date. A maximum of three companies will be featured in one newsletter publication. The newsletter will be sent on your chosen date to our 350,000 newsletter subscribers. 

Your company profile will be customised for you by our AquaSPE marketing team and submitted for your approval before publishing. Once published, it will be featured on the Business Exchange for 12 months. Your products and services will also be featured on The Water Network home page for 12 months. In addition your company will be featured for 1 month on the Water Network home page mosaic.

Once your payment has been received your AquaSPE marketing team will send you a confirmation email with further details. We will do our best to reply within minutes, if outside normal working hours or over the weekend it may take longer.

Our payment process is managed by our partner TallyFox though a secure credit card payment portal by Datatrans.

Company profiles must adhere to the professional standards of The Water Network and be relevent to the international water sector. We reserve the right to review all company profiles and reject any that do not meet the criteria. Only current employees are allowed to create and manage a company profile.
